Our Team

Our dedicated team plays an integral part in the success of our patients at Maggie Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation. The members of our skilled and diverse therapy team have decades of combined experience with specialties in orthopedics, spinal treatment, neurological treatment, wounds, geriatrics, wheelchair positioning, restraint reduction, swallowing, cognitive staging and urinary incontinence. Our staff is compassionate and understanding to our patients' needs and foster a warm and positive atmosphere while utilizing their years of experience and skill to provide treatment.

Brenda Silvers, LNHA
Executive Director

Between her 15 years experience as a Business Office Manager in Long Term Care, and serving as an Executive Director for 17 years, Brenda has served a total of 32 years in the long term care environment. Brenda is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facility and overseeing all departments to ensure each is operating efficiently and effectively to care for our patients and provide the best care available

Tracie Rich, RN
Director of Nursing Services

Tracie Rich has been a nurse since 1981 and worked in long-term care for the past 22 years.  Tracie has been a Director of Nursing Services for the past four years and is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the nursing department.
